NON IDENTICAL TWINS FROM INDIA

  






Here are 2 Indian notes, both are 1 rupee and are on either side of a new issue. The first one is from 1980 and is the last year of issue for this design which started in 1966. The second is from 1981 and this issue only lasted 2 years before being replaced in 1983. both issues have a coin with Asoka's pillars on it. on the second issue it has an oil rig on the reverse.
